BPA Rising Stars is exclusively for absolute beginners, welcoming all categories who have never competed on stage before. This show is designed to provide a supportive, exciting environment where first-time competitors can gain invaluable stage experience.

Being an absolute beginner does not mean you are new to training or diet — it simply means this is your first time showcasing your hard work on stage. Your physique can be just as competitive as any seasoned athlete.

Rising Stars runs on the same day and in the same venue as the BPA Masters Allstars, giving beginners — including masters — the opportunity to step on stage twice in one day and build confidence and experience.

Everyone starts somewhere.
