The Civic is on a number of major bus routes to and from Dudley, Merry Hill Centre, Stourbridge and Wolverhampton.

Car Parking

There is ample parking at municipal pay-and-display car parks adjacent to the Civic Hall (Bank Street) and across the road on Level Street.

• ​Parking is free between 7pm and 7am

• Outside of those hours - First 2 Hours Parking Are Free: You can park for free for up to 2 hours, but you must obtain a free validation ticket from the on-site machine and display it in your vehicle.

• Paid Time (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM): Beyond the first 2 hours, rates apply. Up to 3 hours: £3.00 Over 3 hours: £5.00 (Up to 4 hours on some tiers) or up to £6.00 maximum daily stay. 

• Payment can be make using coins or contactless or via the 'RingGo' App. - Please note the initial free 2-hour ticket cannot be claimed via the app and requires using the machine. The 'RingGO' Location Code for The Bank Street Car Park is 63850 & The Code For The Level Street Car Park Is 63852
